About the Event
Meditation for us is a radical act of reclamation.
It helps break the cycle of “urgency culture” - shifting to a state of intentional presence.
Meditation fosters the ability to observe thoughts without being consumed by them, while lowering cortisol levels and deactivating the “fight or flight” response.
